A very long wait for food to come out. And after eating went to pay...the staff at the counter entered $217.00 on the eftpos machine . I asked them how it came to $217.00 for one large piza and a trio of dips and a jug of coke??? I told them there must be a mistake!!! They looked at me as if I were wrong and asked where I was seated I told them again looked very rudely raising their eyebrows and had the rudest expresion on their face as if I was not telling the truth. . I asked to speak to our wait staff they told me to wait till they were ready to come.... again their expresion was incredibly rude ... I had never experienced customer service like that.. then they were bickering in front of myself and my family members who this $217.00 bill belonged to. .. finally after the wait staff had told this person at the counter numerous times that the large bill did not belong to us ...they kept arguing with the wait staff and the wait staff told them that there were 2 familys that ...read more
Great family restaurant! Has an awesome play area for the kids, so it keeps them nice and entertained so parents can actually eat a meal in peace .. Prices are great, and the staff we had were very knowledgeable on the food, and friendly. We will defiantly be back!
