Slip Inn

You really have to appreciate a Mexican themed pub, especially when it is a proper pub as opposed to a taqueria (or whatever it is). Okay, when I was here it was a Friday night, so you can pretty much expect it to be packed, which was the case with me. Still, it was pretty awesome, and they had some decent beers on tap, which I’m always going to warm to. Sure, it was a little difficult finding a seat, but then again they had a pretty huge beer garden, so that was all good.

Pub in the CBD with a good range of cocktails, beers, wines and Mexican food. They serve food til 10pm so we got in just on time. Keep in mind if you order quesadillas you just get 2. The food is ok, comes out super fast!

Great spot for a work lunch or Friday night drinks - great Mexican food and an amazing vibe. If you're grabbing a bite over lunch, make a booking, because it gets full by 1!

There are two things that I like in life - long walks in the Mountains and rowdy nights at the slip inn. Always a good time.

Really nice funky vibe in this place. Music isn't too loud so you can enjoy your drinks over conversation and the area is outside. Really delicious food here too.
