no empathy , they only care about money not animals, have to wait days for diagnose, was given a figure of maybe $2000 to fix a tennant in my dogs foot that was run over but will not know for days for sure given it is a long weekend and they have to wait for specialist and they wanted us to make a decision then and there if we wanted her put down, and then as hubby was leaving they wanted $200 upfront at 10pm in the night on a long weekend.looking like our beloved pet will be have to put down because we donot that sort of money and they will not let you pay off
I used to regularly use this clinic. No longer go there are they are pricey and seem unable to diagnose. They like to do lots of expensive tests but were never able to give any answers. Very impersonal and I got fed up with having to do a student consultation before the "proper" consultation.
Only went here as it was an emergency as our normal vet was not available. The service was average, nothing special and lacked the personal touch. Maybe I am expecting to much. Also thought it was more pricey than our normal vet. Especially for a place geared for out of hours consultations.
