Would not recommend any business use Andrew Miller from Small Business Works unfortunately. He was friendly, but he didn't actually take care of our tax returns - all were submitted late, some I discovered not at all, and the ATO let me know that penalty fines were accummulating and there was no follow up attempts made by him.
I was never able to get him on the phone, he never returned phone calls, the reception staff would always say he was with a client, and he never replied to emails. I had to physically show up at his office to get anaswers, and even then, they were half baked answers and he made no follow ups after I left the office. Caused me a lot of anxiety and stress.
