Smallacombe were engaged to manage our property when we moved interstate. It was a family home so we were very concerned about the maintenance of the home and the garden - which we had spent years getting to where it was. We communicated this to Smallacombe over and over and we were promised they would inspect the garden regularly to ensure tenants were watering and keeping plants alive. At no time were we alerted to any issues during the 12 month rental however we came home to essentially a dead garden. If i could upload the before and after photos i would. Our concerns were met with "the garden is left in a reasonable condition". Not sure when dead became reasonable. Would not recommend under any circumstances, they say what you want to hear but do not follow through. Very disappointed with the service, look elsewhere if you value your property.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to for two reasons. I have a long time with them in the terms of my contract and I have now had two poor experiences with them. I'm hoping maybe this will get read and click.
