Incredibly rude staff. I left shaking at the way they treated my two year old. She yanked her head impatiently. I had a baby with me and they made me feel very uncomfortable. Awful hair cut too. Never again!

I had lovely long thick textured hair. Came in for a simple trim, was clear in my request. Hairdresser seemed uninterested, overconfident, took big handfuls of hair and chopped carelessly, took off 5 inches instead of 1/2 inch as requested! It wasn't until I got home to straighten it that I realised how bad the cut was, uneven, mid-length chunks missing, blunt thick ends, fringe layers uneven and too short! I cried. I did. I went to another salon & had to pay again to fix up her butchery! They could not believe it! People please don't get your hair cut here! You are better off cutting it yourself.

I had a half head of blond foils, tint, trim and dry off for $115 at Thrift Park store on Wed 15th July. My hairdresser was Teegan and she suggested foils underneath as she had done that previously to one of her customers. I said "great as i don't want streaky hair". I ended up with orange/blond ridiculously streaky hair, some streaks starting at the roots, some an inch off the root line. I went back to complain and she laughed and said "i knew you'd be back" ..... so is that because she knew she had done such a terrible job? She suggested darker foils to get rid of the streaks but i didn't see the point of covering the highlights that i had paid for so I suggested an all over blond tint but she said that it wouldn't work so she would do half a head of blond foils but i would have to pay $50.
