Smart Orthodontics

Terrible orthodontist. Made a huge mess of my teeth. Treatment extremely painful. Ordered a lot of unnecessary x-rays. A complete waste of my time and my parents' money. Also, very condescending. Always spoke to me like I was a 5 year old and patted me on the head. Nurses and administrative staff also very patronising, bad-tempered, rude and unprofessional.

The doctors at smart orthodontics are very professional and have done a wonderful job with my daughters teeth, however I'm extreamly disappointed with the attitude and professionalism of the admin staff, frankly they made the process very painful to makes appointments and are extreamly rude. Not once were we greeted when coming in, while we wait for them to finish there private conversation. Although this this not the purpose of the appointments but it doesn't make the experience very enjoyable
