After a lot of trouble with my replacement battery Hristian couldn't be more helpful. He was able to sort my problem out for me. I would recommend anyone to see him to help you with any problem you have. Thank You Hristian

THEY BROKE MY PHONE AND WANTED ME TO PAY FOR IT

DO NOT USE

First they wouldn't tell the truth about what was happening with my phone, when i went to the store they told me that the phone was pulled apart already and was being diagnosed with what the problem was when all i asked for was the power port board to be replaced when i questioned more the story changed and the phone was not even looked at,

The next day when finally did do the repairs i asked for they broke the screen on my phone when they repaired the power port and then wanted me to pay for a new screen would not use again

Great customer service !!! Was experiencing continuing issues. Took it to the store and was served by a lady called Olivia. She listened to my frustrations and managed to fix the issue. Great store with great staff !!

The customer service i experienced here was nothing short of exceptional. Everything was explained to me in such a way that i could understand, as i am not very knowledgeable on phones. Staff there were amazing, catering for my whole family, explaining different contracts, offering special prices and amazing deals, especially Nick. He has the best work ethic and customer service i have ever witnessed, he creates such a positive atmosphere. I have been going here for the last 4-5 years, and have been on a few different plans from them, only because i wanted to uprade my phone each time. If you are looking to buy a new phone or to start up a contract, i would definitely recommend smart phones in revesby, you will not receive such amazing customer service anywhere else. #reviewtowin

I have been meaning to do this for a long time and since I was just in there on Friday I promised myself I would do it now, so here goes. I have been going here for the last 2 years and I would never go anywhere else and do you want to know why? It is because you will NOT get better customer service anywhere, they are amazing! If only other stores would take a lesson from them, customer service in OZ would be fantastic! Adam and Nick have been exceptional, they always have a smile on their face and are ready to help (regardless if I have been in and asked them the same stupid question about my phone previously!). They are very patient and understand that not everyone is phone literate! Their prices are competitive and they back their products.
