This company was a joy to work with from the first call to the last visit to connect the electricity to my shutters. We have already noticed the house is warmer. There was a huge choice of colours. The shutters are thick and heavy. (these are not the security shutters, just noise and weather) The company owner (Kim) visited the property during installation, which I thought was very professional. I was promised a one day installation, and the fitters stayed until the job was complete, even though they ran into time delays from weather. The company use their own employees- no sub-contractors - to do all the work.
Before deciding to go with Smart Shutters, I had made many phone calls trying to get quotes from those "well known" companies.
