Purchased gate slider with installation just over 2 years ago, After the sale was finalised we discovered how they really are, The person that admins the office is very discourteous and their knowledge is quite ambiguous. The Product purchased is a DEA gate slider, within a few months both the remotes stopped working with no visible damage, was informed that they contained a small crystal that often shattered which is not covered under warranty, we have had countless issues with this gate hardware and each time an issue has arisen a call-out fee is required before anything is even looked at. Just after the warranty finished the entire system went down and they have no interest in coming to sort anything out. The customer service is terrible especially when you must pay through the roof for a product that is clearly not suitable to the Australian Climate
