I had Smarter Water come and install a water cooler recently. I have to say i am VERY happy with their product and with their customer service. Graham is very friendly and kind and helpful, Not only did he give me 2 weeks free trial but he made sure I am saving money. On top of this I no longer need to purchase bottled spring water, nor feel guilty about the packaging and waste I was using/creating. Ian is also very helpful and friendly, he dropped the cooler off and set it up (it is simply plugged into the power point- so it is easy to move if i need to), he even supplied the extension cord so i could have it just where i want. Ian has returned 6 months on and sanitised and cleaned the cooler and replaced the filter. I can't ask for much more. A very happy customer! I highly recommend them.
