Smartime Communications

Yesterday I visited the store with my overseas friend. Sam was extremely unpleasant and ordered me out of his shop. I have visited them over the years and always enjoyed interacting with Rob . Unfortunately he was busy so we were served by Sam.
This was a horrible experience and I left feeling shattered.

I went to this store yesterday explaining that I had an issue with uploading photos to facebook, the man was so dismissive and kept saying "we dont deal with that here" it had NOTHING to do with facebook i knew i had accidently installed some app, then he asked well who are you with I said Optus then again bein rude and dismissive said we dont do that sort of thing here. Because they are a Vodafone reseller he wanted nothing to do with me. I went straight across to Bridge Point to a lovely asain man that has a new phone shop that sells chargers, cases etc... he fixed my issue in 15 mins with no charge. That Vodafone store has terrible customer service !!

This is the phone dealer you would like to have when it comes about mobile phone deals, repairs and all sort of questions that these people are ready to help all the time and they are 100% accurate and true. Honest people, sales with integrity and always with a smile on their faces. I would say they might be one of the best examples of how a mobile phone business should run in Australia. All the phones that I got from them have cases, including my latest Iphone 6 Plus aquisiton which was dressed with a superb leather complimentary case today. Thank you Sam Aiche & Bro !!!

I've had my (now three VodaPhones) Samsung Phones since 2004. As I am in sales, (25 yrs now+) needless to say I'm very picky when it comes to reviews, service, and sincerity. I came in on Friday 04th of November 2016 to inquire about a phone for my parents to use for two months whilst they visit us and travel Aus. I have came into this store many times. As always I am met with upbeat, positive, genuine and sincere staff. Today the store manager got me sorted into a super deal on a new Samsung Smart Phone $99.00! and inexpensive non contract package for my mom, and conveniently connected to my account so I don't need her to bother with top ups, or phone usage. I also got a nice phone protector / cover included complimentary. Thanks as always to Sam Aiche and staff - I'll definitely recommend you as always to friends and colleagues.
