The worst customer service I have ever experienced, we left our phone for a quote, just before the Easter public holiday as we were told they would be working over the public holiday period. Because we are business owners and use our phone in our business, we requested a loan phone which we were pleased to recieve, however when we called after the public holiday long weekend to enquire about our phone, they asked my husband what colour the phone was, he was unsure as my phone has always been in a case, and because of this they couldn't find our phone. Jay (was the name the blonde man gave us) patronised me when I mentioned to him that it probably wasn't a good idea to ask customers if they are colour blind, after he asked my husband if he was colour blind over the phone when he called to find out if they had a chance to have a look at our phone.
