Poor product and poor service. The benchtop I had installed with my new kitchen was a noticeably different colour to the sample provided by Smartstone. When I phoned, no one knew who dealt with colour control issues. I was given 2 different mobiles, and when I finally got through (as calls weren't returned) the person said they were away from mid Dec to end Jan and could not do anything about it. They asked me to email a photo which I did (which of course does not clearly show colour difference) but I received no reply. I did not hear from their offsider in Jan or them in February as promised. After one more ignored email and 4 months I gave up. I would never buy Smartstone again.
