DON’T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! My boyfriends car was towed here for repairs following a collision. Over night parts were stripped out of the car and they claimed it was people who jumped over the fence. Mind you the fence is pretty high with sharp ends so how anyone could climb over with parts is a joke. They must think we’re idiots...

Smash Masters in Laverton and why to never use them.

I organised a repair for my Audi, it was to get fixed for reversing into a pole, so the damage was light and the reverse sensors were not working any more.
I was told how long it would take to do the repair which was about 7 days including the weekend.
I dropped car of and they gave me loan car, they charged me $50 for added excess which I did not ask for nor did they advise I would not be getting it refunded when the car was returned. Great Service by Paul, the manager there. My Car was taking longer than expected and i needed to go overseas. Paul not only gave me a loan car but also drove the whole family to airport for departure. Excellent customer service. He even went to the extent of dropping my car at the airport on the day of our arrival after the car was fixed. when we arrived at the airport after 2 months of holidays, car was waiting for us at airport to drive home. It was organised by paul to be parked at airport few hours before we arrive... 7 Star service PAUL... You are a GEM...

Anybody carful when put your car in there! When you make back the car. You fell bad! I put car there. After that my car get any problems. Lost Genius part. . Any any! Anyone carefully before do with smash matter Laverton!

Ive had my car there twice :( first time great customer service, paid no excess car was great :) 2nd time i wasnt as happy, my bonet wasnt put back on straight and was scraping paint when opened, had to take it back etc
