My insurance company sent me here to get my car fixed after it was rear ended. They had my car double the time they quoted it would take (6 weeks) and then I had to take it back 2 more times because they didn't fix things that their invoice said they had. I asked to be refunded for cab charges that I incurred because they failed to fix everything the first time and they told me they couldn't reimburse me. Very incompetent! Will not be going back!! ....However, the girls at the front counter are all lovely.

Our sons vehicle was taken to Smashcare Geebung on 21/5/18 through our insurance RACQ after a minor rear end accident. We were advised that it had to be transported over to the Kedron shop to have minor work done on the chassis. The vehicle went over and was to return to Geebung on Friday 25/5. On 28/5 I called for updates and was told someone would get back to me. Called again on Tuesday twice only to get the run around. Eventually told that afternoon after the third call that the vehicle was stolen from Kedron on the Monday night. When I checked my toll account it was taken on 27/5. This vehicle was apparently behind a high fence that no one could see through in a locked yard. Yet my sons and another vehicle taken. WOULD NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THIS REPAIR SHOP.
