Smb Car Transport

This company shipped my 1965 Chevy truck from Perth to Coffs harbour. It arrived late and damaged with a missing mirror.
I called the owner Andrew who said the mirror probably fell off in transit. Three big stainless bolts, washers ? I dont think so Andrew.
The damage to the rear of the cabin is extensive and the cabin has been pushed forward about 40 MM. I called and emailed with no reply? Nothing.

SMB are dishonest, nasty and do not do the job. I paid to have my car transported with them and when I delivered the vehicle was met with aggression. I would have liked to change companies at this time but could not due to flying out the next day and no refund policy. The service then got worse, receiving incorrect information about when it would arrive which has impacted my work. It has now been over three weeks, I still don't have a car, and they can't even tell me when its coming. I will be making a formal complaint.

Brisbane to Adelaide 24 days after being told ten day maximum. I rang and put the order in on the 11th of July. The Troopcarier I have now been told will arrive on the 4th of August.
Very diapointed. I have rang the
management staff of the business with no return phone call. Unless you have a large account with these people I would say you are not looked upon as a valuable customer.

Great service. Had my car transported from Melbourne to Sydney, delivered fast and without any problems. Will definitely be using these guys again!
