When my younger brother got braces there under Dr. Michael Dineen, we had felt we were lucky to have a very knowledgeable, and most importantly, experienced, orthodontist treating him. He knew his stuff, and we were impressed.

They get the job done, but that's the only thing I can say about Smile Design Miranda. They have so many patients, and are in such high demand that they could do anything they wanted and still have patients rolling in. I have ongoing treatment there and the three or four times I have visited, I have had to wait 40 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes before being sent into a chair. I can never plan anything for 4-5 hours after my appointment time which is just a waste of a whole day. The reception staff are useless. One told me that there were 3 patients before me, and I counted 4 before I went in. This same reception staff said the wait would be no longer than 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting about an hour. So they’re either really s****d and can't count, or they’re being misinformed by the computer system. Either way, something needs to be done.
