They charged my partner $55 to look in our babies mouth for 30 seconds and classed it as a "comprehensive assessment". He has 2 baby teeth. When I phoned to complain, they pointed out they had pulled our other daughters tooth out free of charge. It was a wobbly baby tooth and would have fallen out within a day or so anyway. They were extremely rude on the phone, so we won't be back.

had a very awful experience with Dr Rebecca Li. She just kept pushing me to upgrade to the highest dental cover. However she didn't even told me what to do with my treatment. Did wash my tooth which I didn't want without even notify me. My worst experience with dentist in Australia. She even threatened me to remove my review from other platform but I refused. She turned out to sue me, because I posted the fact and true experience with them.

This place is awful. These people are incompetent with braces and orthodontic treatment overall.

When I got braces the application of them was painful and uncomfortable. The wires constantly fell off and I had to go almost every week, to get them painfully put back on. They twisted the wires in circles at the end in a hasty attempt to stop them falling off the molars. They shoved instruments in my mouth hastily and did not put any care into the work whatsoever.

My teeth did not improve at all, and I am extremely unsatisfied with my dental treatment. I left a bad review before but they called me and threatened to sue me if I didn't take it down.

These other reviews appear to not be very helpful at all, as they focus on trivial information like how there's a cute painting on the wall, or how you can choose a flavour of fluoride to use.

Dodgy place, don't go there.

Amazing dentists here. Very through and know their stuff well. Facilities here are modern and up to date compared to other places I been to, probably the worst one looking like a dental clinic from 1960. Highly recommended to others seeking a dentist that can look after you.

The best dentist visit of my life! Not one of, but the best one - I need to share this with all of you, because choosing a good dentist that can actually find problems on your tooth and not misdiagnosing is very important, much more important than like choosing a restaurant, so bear in mind this review is long.
