How good are the husband-and-wife owners Dr Danilo Strumendo and Dr Josie Ferlito!
Dan shakes your hand in reception before inviting you through, rather than merely calling out a patient's name; he shows how your comfort's paramount; explains what's going to happen and ensures there are no [potentially unpleasant] surprises; the conversation is natural and not forced; and Josie (at reception) reviews your bill for you and explains the items in a clear and concise manner. They booked me for 6pm on a weeknight so I could make it after work. I have no intention of changing dentists. 10/10 for clinical expertise and sterling service!
