Supposed to come between 12 & 3, no show, no phone call from them until 7 to tell us that if we still want them it will cost extra for out of hours. If they had informed us earlier we could of made other arrangements. Conclusion was we will have no hot water for a couple of days. My opinion is the can let you down so be wary.
