It will share the same characteristics. Stick built buildings are easier to kit bash. Changes to window or door size to adjust scale or placement is easier. Buy extra lumber and add additions, porches, pantries etc. or combine to make larger structures. It gives you more flexibility and just because we call it a livery stable, doesn't mean you have to use it as that.
