Went on voucher also. What a total waste of time this was.
Sprayed with vinegar, brushed with dirty brush for around 1-2 minutes then put in a bath that is so shallow I was freezing. I got out and the "facial" started which was 5 minutes of staff dabbing a tea liquid on my face. That's all. The end. Total "treatment" about 30 minutes.
I complained and while staff initially said would refund staff then refused to.
Worst "spa" in Melbourne.
