*strive*move*perform*SMP FITNESS provides FUN fitness activities in a non-competitive environment for your child. Each session follows a fun theme and focuses on gross motor skills, such as running, jumping throwing and catching. Activities promote team work and socialisation.... There are two programs available.
Kinder Moves is suitable for 3-5 year olds, and Mini Moves for 5-10 year olds.
SMP FITNESS also holds boxing for fitness classes, and mixed ability circuit classes for adults.
