Terrible service and bad manners. John, the owner, and his driver, Emma, as well as some of the female staff are disgusting when it comes to common courtesy. They seem to think being rude to people in the community somehow won’t effect them. I would not recommend this company to anyone as arrogant people should not benefit from poor behaviour such as the way myself and several other people are being treated. Your food truck driver is a nuisance to the community and we will continue to complain to the police as advised by them if the nuisance continues. A construction worker on the site has also told another tenant in our building that the food is over priced, and often cold by the time it arrives. Horrible bunch of people. I will never eat here and have told people I know in construction on the Gold Coast never to use them.

Terrible service, terrible food and disgustingly rude staff. They take a huge amount of time to deliver any orders and when they finally do it is cold. Don't bother complaining because you will be met with rude, sarcastic people that value their bottom line rather than customer service. Overpriced rubbish from unappreciative and unprofessional business owners. Look elsewhere for a satisfying experience. We are a small local business and feel everyone locally should know what they're up for if they order through this lot.
