Was a ffew years back now but the
Instalation with snap air con turned
Out to be a nightmare.
I am a interstate landlord and i was
Not there when the installation occured.
The contractor snap used to core drill
A hole in my place made a mess of
The concrete slab above the sliding
Door.(was chiped and a extra hole
Which wasnt meant to be there)
I was advised because the worker
Had left the company there was
No recourse with repairing things.
Also when i got another 2 units
Fitted to my place obviously by
Another company they advised
Me it had all been fitted incorrectly
And it had to be all modified.
Not a happy customer
Never again
We always try to make our customers happy.
I’m very sorry what happened in regards to the subcontractor that core drilled the hole for you, we no longer recommend them for core drilling as their work was not acceptable. I understand they didn’t want to help clean and this is why I paid someone myself to clean everything and patch up the hole, to keep you happy.
In regards to fitting the unit incorrectly, we sent you photos and you were happy with everything.
We didn’t get any emails or phone call with a chance to fix whatever was wrong.
We have been trying to contact you to find out what on earth was done wrong, which is only comming up now, years later.
Bad reviews really affects our business and we want to make every customer happy.
Discussed all my requirements and queries easily over the phone and made a booking straight away.
I received a reminder message the day before the appointment and the boys turned up on time on the day.
The job was completed as discussed in a tidy and professional manner with no fuss and minimal disruption.
Very happy with the service and quality of work performed and happy to recommend to anyone.
They cancelled my booking and then turned up an wanted to put the system where they wanted it (to minimise time), not where I wanted it. They just left because it was too hard. GO ELSEWHERE!
We have terms and conditions on our supply and install deals, on the same page as you got the price from. It clearly states what is required and for your installation and yours was very difficult as you wanted it installed on a internal wall, through a cupboard, through the first level of your house and outside. We had other customers that day booked in and your job would of taken most that day.
We were trying to explain it to you and different options you had, but the reason why we JUST LEFT is because we will not put up with abusive and rude behaviour.
Actually you gave me the price over the phone and gave me absolutely nothing else. Never followed it up with an email with any terms and conditions. I sent you packing because you were bumbling around like an amateur and trying every excuse in the book not to do what I (THE PAYING CUSTOMER) wanted and had previously discussed with you on the phone..
