The trainer i did my sign up through was quiet rude but have done other PT sessions with others who are fantastic. They've recently renovated a new room which i quiet enjoy. Definitely a lot cheaper than most other gyms. Great if you can recommend other's to join as you get a free month in return.
Love SNAP fitness as a whole, I usually go to the Spring Hill one but I used to go to Milton back when I lived closer to it, it used to be pretty annoying because it’s so small if you went at any sort of peak time you would struggle to get any piece of equipment. I went back here about a month ago however and they have upgraded and added so much stuff! Two squat racks now with a pro floor behind one for deadlifts! I was really impressed.
Went to this gym for a year, started off great. Was welcomed in amazingly. Even my trainer was fantastic! Didnt even mind that it was mostly guys who go there - quite daunting when your trying to do squats or weights ... Until , one day my trainer turned on me and was completely inappropriate just making rude comments that " I didn't know what good food was " even though I was already there for 4 months, and an argument had started , from there on I felt as If I was belittled and like I shoudnt be there every time I walked in. I tried to change trainers but got refused. So I did a PT course to learn more once they all found out, it got worse. Every time we worked out I felt about an inch tall. No respect! In the end I quit the gym.
