Snapperman Beach Cafe is bringing the taste of Italy to the Pittwater Peninsula. The Trattoria opened on 1 September 2013 and is already enjoying a local following. Inspired by the small family owned eateries in Italy injected with a modern burst of simple fresh flavours.

Chef Christien Darvall says 'our menus change regularly to utilise only the best produce in our individual menu items and daily specials. We aim to prepare all elements of our menu on site including pastas, pizza bases and sauces; we even pickle our own onions. We like to use only seasonal fresh produce sourced locally or direct from Italy.'

The menu is designed to share with a range of antipasti platters, house marinated olives, hand-made breads and focaccias and delicious Italian cheeses sourced locally. The carpaccio of beef is a melt in the mouth sensation that must not be overlooked. Mains are a fresh range of house made pastas with a range of fresh sauces along with pizzas prepared authentically in the outdoor pizza oven.

Currently only BYO but this should change in the next few weeks to include a full beverage list of wines sourced direct from Italy. Authentic Italian brewed beers and spirits will complete the Italian dining experience including a house made Limoncello.

Groups and function bookings are welcome with standard menus available or packages designed to meet your personal needs and budget.
