Went there yesterday,( 27h sept 2017) to collect a repeat script and was in bad pain. I was told unsympathetically by one of the staff that they don't have it, maybe I lost it, use other pharmacy ,misplaced or even put it in the bin. I have explained that I went there with my husband and that I only use them as I live walking distance away.
It was a gruellingly Ng and confusing experience for me, making me think I was in the wrong. Went to my GP straight after and he confirmed that there were 3 repeats. I went home and found the empty box and it was fro. The same Pharmacy Select from Sneydes Rd and it did say x3 repeats.
