I am really disappointed I got my hair cut from this salon and will never be going back she cut my hair very uneven and when I messaged her telling her I was upset with it that for the price I paid I was reasonable to only ask for half of my money back I was completely ignored so I went into her salon she then told me that my hair was already uneven before she cut it and did not want to give me a refund she didn't even have the decency to say sorry. Would Not recommend

Snipettes is amazing, hence I have been a customer forever, or so it feels like this. I am always welcome, she works around my hours when possible and she is excellent at her trade. I cannot fault this business ever. Love them more than Jellybeans.

I won a voucher for a haircut and blow dry in a raffle in Toowoomba however I live in Brisbane and wanted to use it on a Saturday but is only valid on Tuesday or Wednesday - it doesn't take long to do a cut and blow dry. So I won't be able to use the prize I won - thanks Snippets - why bother donating a prize if you aren't going to honour it.
