Took my duffle coat to this mob and it came back looking like an animal had mauled the fasteners which were leatherette trim, no explaination or apology or anything from these people when I picked my coat up from the agency, instead on my request I got a phone call from an obnoxious person telling me to take the coat back to the shop I bought it from as it is not there fault that the coat got ruined rather the fact that all they did was dry clean it in their 80K dry cleaning machine and with his "30 years" of experience he did not even forsaw the fact that the leatherette trim might get ruined in this "powerful" machine, really I was so insulted I asked for my coat back, yes I had to send it back to them to jog their memory of how bad it looked, they were not willing to accept responsiblity and the manager whose name is "Tina" could not be contacted, Be very wary of the way they operate, even though previous reviews are a while ago, I dont think they have learnt from the ...read more
I took a good tie (replacement cost about $100) to be cleaned... it came back with the lining bunched up inside and a broken stitch. They straightened the lining when I complained however the pressing left shiny spots on the tie. I would have thought ties would be a fairly common item, and cleaning is their core business. I won't go back here.
Worst dry cleaners ever! Took a coat in with a mark on it, they made it worse. And still charged me for it. Took it to another dry cleaners who fixed it. Gave them a second chance and they shrank my shirt by 4 inches! I asked for my money back and they were so rude, they said it was "wear and year" and they wouldn't give my money back. Even though that ruined my brand new shirt.
