Bought a king size ensemble on the 27 August 2010. When it was delivered mid september I immediately had issues with it. The sides crushed, the height was 8cm taller than the display model and it was incredibly uncomfortable. Gordon at Snooze was not interested. The bed was faulty and fell under Snooze's refund policy - I checked with their head office. Snooze Aspley did not care. The bed was bought for health reasons and it made them worse - to the point of a life threatening blood clot. Eight weeks passed so I had to apply to QCAT (small claims) for a refund. I also contacted the supplier, Sleepmaker, who were more than happy to assist. The supplier ended up replacing the bed on the 22nd November as they believed mine was faulty. Snooze still continue to ignore me. This is the worst service I have received in my life, especially on a big item purchase over $3000. I do not recommend them.
