Excellent customer service and excellent quality. Second time buying a bed for my daughters. On both occasions the quality of service from Rose has been excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone. She knows her stuff, from the quality of mattress to the quality of the bed. Went to the bankstown snooze store yesterday and was greeted by staff member marta who my partner and i found very helpful who also has excellent customer service and would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone for there bedding needs thank you marta great job

Staff wasnt the friendliest! Our family wanted help in seeking the best mattress and we left unhappy.

Terrible experience - the staff were rude and did not know their products (I had to wait for them to finish straightening each others hair before I was served). I was furnishing a new home at the time and of all of the companies I dealt with, they were appalling bad.
