Bought bed from Snooze Erina. There was a fault so contacted for replacement part. Was accused of damaging on purpose by franchise owner who then went on to send emails containing bullying, harassment and name calling. Filed formal complaint.
A nightmare to deal with, will never buy Snooze again.
I used the online Snooze bedBUILDER prior to visiting the store. However there was a much wider variety of material and colour for the upholstered bed in store. The sales ladies were extremely helpful and friendly through the whole process. My only disappointment is the long time period for my bed to be 'built'.
