Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I purchased a mattress in store eight weeks ago and was originally told it would be ready to pick up within two. Didn't receive any word or explanation when the weeks started ticking over and was only at week seven , was i given any sort of explanation- being it is the 'manufacturers fault'. Even the management was not able to further expand on this though That afternoon they said they would call me back in an hour (which they didn't) and after finally getting a call several hours later told me what a rough day they weres having. After over 10 calls and about a 20% call back success rate i was told it will be ready to pick up from the warehouse this weekend (over eight weeks later) but i am not holding my breath. At this rate it will be faulty or used. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Bed was faulty and after purchase saw that that was common on the forums. After lots of arguing they agreed to take the bed back & give a refund - guess what - now they dont want to refund & we have to go to consumer affairs. Very ordinary....

For some reason i cannot add a review of my own but i signed up specifically to say how bad this place is. Told my mattress would be ready to pick up in two weeks, seven weeks later i was treated with disdain and told the manufacturer was the one to blame. When i asked for a further explanation, the management told me they would call back an hour later. Only several hours later after calling back i was able to get back onto them who on a Friday afternoon had the audacity to tell me what a hard day they were having. Seriously, without a doubt, you couldn't get worst customer service if you tried and trust me i am pretty easily pleased.

Having recently purchased two beds through this company and spent over $3,000 with them I've never encountered such poor customer service - ie everything is blamed on the manufacturer and not their problem to resolve they're just an agent. Therefore I would recommend if purchasing anything from this company that you thoroughly research the bed and matress you are purchasing.
