Snooze

Purchased a top of the line bed and matress 5k ish waited 2 months for it to arrive.
The delivery personal from Snooze were so Rude and Rough . They even offered to dump the bed on the verge for me.
I ended up carring the king sized bed up stairs myself with the help of Freinds, put it togeather myself and after all that unplesentness and effort have barely had a desent night sleep since it arrived opting for one of the kids beds instead as the are more comfortable.
the bed match thing well it didnt work for Me.

Bought a new bed recently but noticed the paintwork was substandard. Have now made four phone calls, each time with a promise that "someone from the factory" will get right back to me. Four months later still waiting.

we decided spare of the moment after seeing a special on tv to go to snooze and look for a king size ensemble. A wonderful girl named Emma helped us and she did a fantastic job, taking into consideration our budget, and the fact that we have 2 soon to be 3 kids that always seem to sneak their way into our bed leaving us with little or no room. She was friendly and had all the answers to my questions. What a great store!!

Will definitely be back in the future and with superb customer service like we received today, why wouldn't we??

After spending an entire day searching for a new bed and going in and out of every store within a 5km radius we were lucky enough to go into Snooze in O'Connor. Ben (The Store Manager) was fantastic, he showed us a number of beds and mattresses and then went to the extent of putting the mattress that we liked onto the bed base so we could actually feel what it was going to be like when we got it home.
