Snowdonia installed our ducted system in 2013. We have been using them for service ever since. Last October we had mould forming on our ceiling. Called Snowdonia, they inspected the system and told us we needed to replace our drain.$1604.00 later we skip to January and more mould is appearing in more places. We call Snowdonia to find out what is going on only to be told the unit was badly installed in the first place and to call someone else!
