Multiple phone calls and messages and emails to this company and that's just this week...not one response. I would give a minus score if possible. I would go as far as saying they are the worst company in the country! Didn't tighten up the copper pipe connection tight enough so water leaked though my roof and down my walls causing water damage on the plaster and mould growing...took them 2 months to fix it. Told me the system would be great for my house but it is woefully under powered. I have had other air con companies look at it and they both said that this system was never going to be powerful enough... I have also spoken with Seeley international (the manufacturer)and they also said it is underpowered for my house and also told me that SNOWMAN is not one of their preffered dealers and don't even have an account with them due to customer complaints. I think I am going to have to do the same thing... Installed the pump wrong on the AC and then serviced my Evaporative Cooling and flooded my ceiling. Same thing Danny will not return our phone calls to fix the damage.
