I have chemically damaged hair because they became distracted and over processed my hair. Worse than that, they charged full price and neglected to tell me that blow drying would make it worse. 10 weeks after my appointment with them and my hair is a horrible fuzzy, mess and 2 other hairdressers have declined to cut my hair until it grows out more.
