I did not have a good experience with this business and would not recommend or return again. I left several voice messages and ended up emailing to try and get an appointment but did not get a response. When I finally got an appointment the address directions on google maps were incorrect so I was late to my appointment. The staff at the counter was friendly so I've given one star, but business management and attitude towards customer service is all wrong.
I purchased a deal from groupon for laser , which had to be used within 4 months. I couldn't get an appt for 3 weeks, when i told the staff that i wouldn't be able to get 4 treatments in as the voucher would expire staff told me bad luck as i was getting such a great deal. I then spoke to the management of the salon , who couldn't have been any ruder, they told me that the machine cost them $100,000 and that i should be grateful that im getting such a good deal !! they then hung up on me ... great going So Vain! If your going to put deal on Groupon , 1. have appts avl. 2. Open on a Monday & 3 don't close for 2 weeks over the christmas period! Groupon refunded my money , which was very nice of them!

I went in to this salon and purchased 4 sessions to give laser a go.
I'm so disappointed I did. My experience was SO bad that I have not been back for my final visit. I would rather loose my money (nearly $400 in total) on the last session than ever endure such bad customer service again.
The worst part is the management is the worst of them all. So unprofessional, rude and has extremely poor customer service skills. They are in the wrong industry with such a lack of basic people skills.
The staff completing the treatment lacked the same people skills and made be feel quite uncomfortable with the whole process. That was the last straw for me and ended up being my final treatment.
I got a Scoopon to use through this business. I must've left at least six messages before they bothered to get back to me, as they never seem to answer their phone. So far they have honoured the Scoopon, but I find the main staff there (who serves you when you get there) to be quite rude, condescending and pretentious. The staff who actually did my treatment though is very nice, friendly and helpful. If I didn't have a Scoopon I wouldn't go back there again, purely because of them never answering their phone and the fact that the main staff has very bad customer service skills.
I purchased a Scoopon deal for this Salon for laser hair removal,my last appointment was on New Years Eve which THEY actually called me to cancel,after this I called and emailed several times only to be ignored,finally last week they called back to say my voucher is now expired and they cannot accept it as they are 'busy' with new clients that have Scoopon vouchers!Disgusting customer service and I will be contacting consumer affairs over this.
