The person who served my friend and I today was cold, rude and could not have cared less. This person made my friend feel fat and questioned having a second wedding in a church! Hot day, we were not offered so much as a glass of water. We both left feeling frankly depressed. What a sad, awful start to my friend's wedding journey :(

Sofia Bridal is extremely disappointed that both of you felt the need to write such negative reviews. After almost three years in business it is the first such reviews we have received and feel compelled to address the issues you have raised.
Firstly, we do not judge our brides and whether it is their first, second or third marriage is of little interest to us. However, it is important to understand the context of the marriage ceremony. This helps us to understand what type of dress you may require, for example whether it is being held in a church, garden or beach. This was the reasoning behind our questions relating to the church.
In relation to stock, we do our best to help all brides but we are not able to stock all sizes and designs. We apologise that you were unable to find an appropriate size in the requested style.
