Sofia Restaurant

Unfortunately wasn't a good experience. Food took over half an hour at least for the first meal till the last main to come out. The beer was warm, the minestrone was frozen veg and spaghetti! We wont be back

My family of 7 have been to Sophia's in berwick since it opened and have enjoyed most of our visits. My husband finally got the perfect medium rare steak on our last visit 2 weeks ago after so many over cooked and undercooked steaks. I order my desserts with my mains now because of the waiting. Tables are not cleared fast enough to get patrons seated, meals are coming out too slow, not enough staff . One staff who worked there ages ago was very rude to me so I had a go at that staff before I left saying "shouldn't be working in this type of industry with the attitude." Not nice but haven't seen that staff since after I complained to the management. Thank goodness! Anyways all I know if there's a problem tell the management because they listen and that's why I go there often, they will fix it. Nice food, good service, takeaway containers for your leftovers to take home is awesome along with the sticky date pudding and garlic prawns !!!! Yummie! Rate them 7/10.

Half the Food came out after an hour and a half then the rest came out half an hour after that they forgot 3 meals that came out after everybody else at the table had finished eating! Same with the drinks came out after the meals after we had to remind the staff 3 separate times! The food was okay but not worth the wait at all!!!!! Will not be back!!! Discusting customer service!

a big big thank you to all the wonderful staff who helped me celebrate my birthday, my table was set up just beautifully, great new female chef who feed my guess with great food, awesome band who keep my guess dancing.... go (Jump 'n' Jive)...would recommend anyone to ask to have their party there, Ask about their set menus they can offer you and your guess......see you soon

Best Value for money. Great Relaxed atmosphere, eventhough it was fully packed there was friendly staff. Whole family enjoyed it and meals were fabulous especially the oysters, flounder and Lamb shanks. Manager on duty was helpful recomending a scrumptious honeycomb cake. Highly recomend and will be back this weekend.
