Soie Nails

Teresa did an amazing gel manicure for me this week bringing my tired hands back to life. I go between the Kenmore village and plaza salons and both are 5 star. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the finished look and that the experience is relaxing as possible. Only ever had one problem of chipped polished in the years I've been going and they fixed it asap without charge. Definitely recommend to all

Terrible. Staffs here have very poor grasp of English - talked me into to using a 'new' treatment - S&N, claiming it's not acrylic. On the jar, in English, it quite clearly says 'acrylic, so they just say what they like; They charged me $75 for a new set of nails, and within a week they were so badly broken near the cuticle, and one cracked right across I went back. They put a new set on, telling me it was free, then tried to get money from me after. Then, when I went back for a fill, they asked for $50! It's usually only $25 - $30 for a fill. When I said they should have told me how much more expensive it was for regular fills than normal nails, they couldn't even understand what I was saying. I have also had a pedicures here, and have never, ever had a nail infection, and got a very strange discolouration under one big toenail which I treated with teatree oil until it grew out. I would never go back. Just dreadful.

If you are looking for a nails bar that provides exceptional service, quality and CLEAN, then I would recommend Soie Nails in Kenmore (I think they have the one shop in Kenmore). I had been going to other nails places for pedicures and acrylic nails in the past. Since I've been referred to Soie Nails by a friend of ours, I have been absolutely delighted with their work. The place is sooo clean too. The staff are very nice ladies and friendly. They do speak English well... and very artistic with their work. The owner/s are very nice people as well. Highly recommended.
