Far Meadow is ideally located two hours south of Sydney, midway between the mountains of Berry to the west and the coastline of seven mile beach to the east. There is no shortage of things to do in the region, from bushwalking, wine tasting, surfing, swimming, dolphin watching, shopping, dining or just plain relaxing.Accommodation includes two fully self-contained cabins orientated to ensure privacy from each other and to fully experience the vast aspect of meadows, mountains, forests and sky. Breakfast makings are provided, including fresh fruit, juice, cereal, eggs and bread. Specialty teas and plunger coffee are abundant as are an assortment of condiments of honey and jams. Barbeque facilities are also available.The cabins have a high level of finish and facilities which include a CD player, television and video, wood fired combustion heater, contemporary Scandinavian furniture, luxurious bed linen and towels, fine crockery and cooking ware.

We believe that an impression of a business is formed by your first point of contact through to your last. We recently stayed at Sojourn and while the accommodation was adequate (it could do with a cosmetic overhaul) - it is the service we found lacking. On arriving home after our stay, we realised we had left a set of house keys behind. We contacted the owner who said she had found them and she offered to post them back. We asked that she send them registered post so that the keys would need to be signed for and they could also be tracked. She refused, opting to just send them through the regular post - you would think that someone's house keys would at least warrant express post! In any case the keys never showed up and as they were in an envelope with our address attached, we had to have the locks changed at a cost of $220. If her refusal to send them registered was about money, we would have gladly transferred the $5 to her bank ...read more
