They warned us that we would need 5-6 spare roof tiles just in case; the team they sent to install the panels broke 149 roof tiles which caused rain damage to our ceilings over the next few months. Each time there was a new leak, we had to lift the panels, fix the broken tile and replace the panels. Solar Shop took care of the first couple of leaks and then stopped returning our calls.

We engaged another company to finish the repairs and as they removed a bank of panels, they noted that they weren't even connected!! They were initially surprised by the number of panels present - but then realised that Solar Shop had supplied older 80 watt panels rather than the higher power panels generally available.

The Solar Shop has been most professional in all areas, showing up on time, doing what they said they would do, explaining the process involved and my dealings with them was a pleasant experience. I cannot fault them in any way.
