Geoff offered a great price on the installation yet over the years there have been a number of issues that have needed to be fixed. Geoff knows his stuff but customer service is not Geoff's strong point. He is often surley or downright rude. If you are after a cheap install then go ahead with Solar Wind. If you want peace of mind and help with ongoing issues with your PV system then I recommend you look elsewhere.
After my dealings with Geoff today, I wish to fully retract the above review. He went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issues related to my inverter and PV system generally.
