Recently while on holidays in the Port Stephens I used the Soldiers Point Marine Centre's workshop service to undertake some standard annual maintenance to my vessel. We negotiated a quote for the maintenance with a staff who told us that the work should only take 2-3 day.
What should have taken 2 days took them almost 2 week to complete. When we sort to contact the company about the status of our vessel we were ignored and often hanged up on.
Fed up with the lack of professionalism we paid the agreed amount and took our vessel back to Sydney.
If you looking for professionalism, honestly and integrate you will not find it here. Buyers Beware.
