Solitary Islands Marine Park Resort

They took our booking for a 2 bedroom, poolside spa cabin.. but when we arrived they gave us a tiny studio, no bedrooms, no pool and not bath let alone a spa bath! No apology, no refund. Very rude. They told us the studio was fine and would fit my family in it. We had to travel 35 mins to the nearest town and get other accommadtion costing us even more money. The receptionist couldn't answer any of my question about how this happened. They came out and put all the blame on me for their staff stuffing up our booking! Will never visit Wooli again and am in the process of taking legal action against them.
