After 2 months, I still have not received the spare key from them. After they sold the car, when I complained about the missing key, their attitude were so bad. I reported this matter to Fair Trading NSW. They agreed with giving me refund of the key to some officers of Fair Trading, however they never transferred the refund to my bank account.
I bought a car by them at the beginning of Dec 2013. Unbelievably they sent me a spare key by NORMAL POST!! They could not even track it. After 3 weeks from the contract day, I still haven\'t received it so now I really worry about the security of my just bought car.
They even rejected my request to give me refund of the undelivered spare key. They hung my phone calls middle of the conversation. Just saying wait after the Christmas. I just complained it to the Fair Trading.
I bought a Triton Ute off Solomans South Nowra IN 2007. IN all those years I have kept it serviced and all I have done to it is put a battery in it and fitted tyres. That is 7 years. My daughter bought an Astra and never had one bit of trouble except for a faulty oil light which only just started. Again she kept her car serviced and bought it the same time as I bought mine. How good is that.
