Beware - dodgy practices..... Wali came out almost three weeks ago and quoted fitting vinyl flooring for us. He told us that we should get a hard wood bullnose for our stairs as vinyl would not be strong enough and would wear out very quickly. He told us that we'd be able to get a hard nose coloured to match the floor. He told us it'd be "no problem" and he'd get a sample for us to look at in a few days. He told us he'd look after it all. We went ahead with the quotation, paying a full 50% deposit. As soon as we paid, silence....
It's been over 2 weeks with no contact, and he's just now gotten in touch to say that the hardwood bullnose isn't a good idea as they can't colour-match. ...read more
We went to the store and decided we would like a measure and quote.
We organised a time for the quote, but the never turned up and when we tried to call it went to straight to voicemail.
Contacted head office and they said the would contact me, of course the never did.
Wouldn't recommend them.

on this occasion we had called several time and left msgs to call us back and never did. However if you would still like us to come out we are more than happy to.
